(The last game) -        11/27, time TBD -        This date is during Thanksgiving break - specifically Saturday	-        Decide if we would like to do a tailgate for this game -Majority voted No -        Can reserve as soon as we receive approval -        Future meetings begin to focus on planning the end of the year OTSC party
GSG	-        HSC Leadership Social 11/18 5-8 PM Location: TBD FREE FOOD :)  -        Opportunity to meet other GSG leaders from other programs (pharmacy, PT, etc).	-        RSVP so I can send over a headcount -        Contact Irene Lee to let her know if you are interested and/or able to attend; Like her message on Groupme
Social (Bryan)	-        SoulCycle Class: FREE! :) -        Changed policy - able to have unlimited guests!	-        Should Bryan reach out to managers? - Yes will update ASAP -        Future date, day of the week? -        ~10-15 people, costs all covered, must wear mask

Jannelle & Earl	-    Virtual Student Org Fair (Tuesday, August 31 (12-12:50) -    First meeting “retreat” with the bbs	-    Collect descriptor for each position -    Will provide PPT info slide to everyone on GroupMe to submit short blurb of your position and what you have done from the 2020-2021 school year -    Try to fill it out by August 30th the day before Virtual Fair -    Applications until the 7th and have it close either Friday or Sunday -    Can include statement that if you were selected - ask if they are still open for other available positions -    Find a date: possibly 18th or 25th of September after elections
Camille	-    T-shirts	-    update on sizes and new order with add’l sizes (XLs and XXLs) -    Possibly creating interest form to estimate how many needed for each sizes for the shirt - will also be added to monthly newsletter
Candace	-    In-person event this semester?	-    Gather information on how to hold an event -    Only certain spaces can be reserved and can be reserved a month in advance -    Will stay updated weekly regarding protocols and permits -    Potentially collaborate with other committees to plan an event -    Possible speed-dating event with faculty and students to encourage networking?

Camille [Fundraising]	-        T-shirt contest -        168 votes along with 11-12 submissions! :) -        Will order 150 shirts that are approved by Dr. Rafeedie and Dr. Chu  -        Possible OTSC Patagonia hoodies for OTSC members (might have to table for fall)	-        Can possibly tie this with a social event while maintain being a fundraiser  -        T-shirt winner & shirts will be ordered this week -        Patagonia hoodie vote & what do we want on it (TBD)
Candace & Jessica [Social]	-        most likely 2 virtual events this semester -        Sensory Night (4/9, kits to be picked up/mailed out) -        End of the semester/Year Checkin & Raffle -        Budget/raffle (3 $10 gift cards/ 6 $15 gift cards for end of semester raffle)	-        Interest in collaborating with other organization for a larger social event -        Vote for $100 funding for DIY Sensory Night event on 4/9 and 6 $15 gift cards for the end of semester raffle -        Passed
Emily [Philanthropy]	Occupational Relay: Mid April	- Give away chan sweatshirts/shirts; could also incorporate adding gift cards to the shirts as well - 5 total!  - Vote for Gift Cards  - Passed
Teresa + Jernell [Ad/Gov]	-Teresa: $ for event raffle + 4 $10 gift cards -Jernell: 4 $10 gift cards - total of $80 worth of 8 gift cards	Vote for Gift cards  -        Passed
Alyssa & Sophia	-        4 $10 gift cards to say thanks to the alumni for coming to the alumni panel	-        Vote -        Passed

Advocacy & Government Committee	-        OTSpeaks Advocacy Spotlight on Instagram story highlights -        To continue building hype around OTSC and being involved -        OTSpeaks x Philanthropy Event -        “Influential OTs” Event -        Monday April 12, 5-6pm -        Raffle prizes will either be an iPad or NBCOT prep  -        Determined after hearing back from Dr. Rafeedie  -        Electing an OTSpeaks Co-Rep internally by the end of semester
Professional Development Committee	-        Great attendance at Alumni Panel -        About 77 participants!  -        Request for gift cards to send panelists
Faculty Liaison	-        Next Faculty meeting is Friday 4/12, please send Alyssa (matlosz@usc.edu) anything you want included in the update if not mentioned during this meeting.
International Relations	-        Great attendance last Wednesday for the March International Narratives event! :)  -        Currently planning for April’s International Narrative event  -        Date: TBD
