Planning for Fieldwork Experience
Exchange Event

Experience allows 1st year to be paired
with 2nd year based on Level II fieldwork.

DISCUSSION:

Possible movie night with a food truck.

Pair with Professional Development
movie night event.

Approximately $15-20 per ticket
(leaning towards $15) - will need minimum 20 orders for food truck to be able
to run promotion for us (food pick-up or delivery).

Will provide soda/water to accompany
the food (should cost less than $20) if it proceeds with enough interest.
○
Professional Development will send out
survey for the movie night and have the option to choose food.

Need deadline to sign-up/pay so we can
contact food truck.

IT Services at USC is forming a focus
group and need graduate students for a few one hour meetings. No IT experience
is necessary. Please contact gsgpres@usc.edu to participate.

GSG is looking into the option of
securing access to the New York Times for graduate students. Gathering input on
whether this would be valuable for students’ graduate experience.

Undergraduate/Graduate Social with
Pre-OT Club went well! We had good discussions and Q&A about pursuing OT
post-grad, and Pre-OT club is open to more collaborations in the future. Thank
you to Eddie for coming out!

Pre-OT Club sold shirts. If you bought
one, it should be available in a couple of weeks.

Letter writing party next Monday 4/16

10-15 minute talk, choose ⅓ issues,
letter writing!
