|
- Talk to Dr. Rafeedie about the election timeline and set up a plan for generating involvement.
- Goal of introducing positions during the summer session with elections held in July before the OTSC meeting in August. All positions will be open for election, so 2nd year students will each have a 1st year counterpart.

OTSC and Student Organization Fair
|
- Chair, Secretary, and Social Media Rep. to work with Dr. Rafeedie and Bianca to organize a fair sometime in July, possibly before the Independence Day Holiday.
- Goal to organize the fair sometime in the late afternoon to accommodate all student schedules (BA-MA, MAI, MAII, OTD, and PhD).
- Exploring the possibility of recording the event for students who are unable to attend.
- Organizations need at least 10 members to re-register. We are developing an excel sheet with student organization leaders for the upcoming student fair.
- The Chan Community Commission (CCC) can be used as a resource for in-depth exploration of student organizations, as a means of generating involvement and forming community through engagement in extra-curriculars.
