Teresa	AOTA Elections end 01/27 @ 9am	Everyone vote now if you haven’t already, then encourage others to vote too Vote through this link by logging into your AOTA account.  Then send your screenshot to this link to be part of the raffle to have the 2021-2022 AOTA mandatory fees waived!
Earl	Scheduling for meetings in the Spring semester May send out another poll with the top 3 times again before finalizing.	Based on the doodle poll, Monday's 6-8PM time slot had the most votes.  Meetings will also be in the format of once a month  Once the meeting is finalized, it will be updated on the OTSC Google Calendar with the Zoom link.

Advocacy & Government Committee	AOTA Elections Occurring until January 27th  Please continue to encourage classmates and the other cohorts to vote  Monday, January 25th, Jernell, Teresa, and Justin will present during class about the elections  Spring event planning - influencer OTs Currently brainstorming ideas  More information provided for next meeting.
Professional Development	Alumni Panel details - in the process of selecting a date & time, acquiring list of names of interested alumni  This panel will have a similar layout as the employer panel  If you know of any USC Chan alumni that may be interested, please reach out to Sophia and Alyssa  (478) 919-6885, or email at slancast@usc.edu Tentative dates: Monday, March 22nd or Monday, March 29th are the possible dates 12:00-1:00PM or 5:30-6:30PM  Scheduled meeting with Bianca Ojeda Jan 15, 2021, regarding event  After this meeting, more updates will be provided for the next OTSC meeting
Philanthropy	No concrete decisions for the Technology committee  No elections this year; will focus more on narrowing down the details of the roles and responsibilities of this committee
