Internal Business
- Spring semester meetings will be Mondays from 4:00-5:30pm in CHP 113. Please remember attendance is mandatory, so please come for part of the meeting/inform your Co-Chairs if you will be absent.

- AOTA ASD Representative (Ann & Kelsey)

- Powerpoint slides from AOTA Student Conclave are available online for anyone who is interested
- BS/MA Representative (Jen)
UPDATES:
- Will be preparing holiday grams for the seniors to congratulate them on finishing a semester of grad school AND being one semester away from graduating with their Bachelor’s! Will be making small cards and candy packs to distribute.
- Faculty Liaison (Doug & Auston)
DISCUSSION:
- Survey of 2nd year students regarding additional 2-unit elective options for fall semester. All students paying for 18 units when they’re only taking 16 units. Doug will conduct a survey to determine if 2nd year students are interested in taking 2 unit elective courses and which courses students prefer.
- Contacting Kevin Pierce from the documentary “Crash Reel” for potential speaking event about traumatic brain injury and OT’s role in his recovery process

- There was an error in the last Online Suggestion box email. It will resent this week.
- There are currently 28 students signed-up for the first Better Know a Professor series.
- OTSC Feedback for the semester has been limited. There was a problem with the link sent out last week.

- Merchandise pre-sale is under way! Pre-sale price through November 30th: $20. Price will increase to $25 after pre-sale
- If you would like to purchase a shirt, add your name to the google doc below, and provide payment to Amy Rebhun, Carolin Ding, or Maggie Rosenberg on Tuesday of this week, and the first couple of days the following week. They will be on the CHP patio before class and during lunch. - Participated in campus wide graduate food drive from November 16-20th.

DISCUSSION:
- Event on Wednesday was a success! Students enjoyed getting to know two Keck OTs and clinical faculty
UPDATES:
- Huntington’s Dance screening event will be February 1st. The creative producer will attend for a Q & A following the film. Location TBA.
- Social Chair (Jen & Benz)
UPDATES:
- End of the Year Party Committee meeting after OTSC meeting today to discuss venues. The goal is that after today’s discussion, we will then reach out to non-OTSC committee members & decide on a venue ASAP!
- Expecting that all OTSC members participate in the Holiday Sweater Day Monday, November 30th.
- Will NOT be doing a Holiday Party
- Vegas hotels booked for 1/22-1/24, & 80+ people are attending
- As always, let us know if you have any suggestions for us - we are always looking to add more fun to the program!
