30 S, 20 M, 10 L in gray and black, will likely be delivered by the end of the week

-       Will start selling next semester
Hosting  Korea, Taiwan, and Japan students
Global Initiatives team reached out to partner with OTSC for help hosting the OT students coming to visit January-February. Would love to have OTSC members support and be more involved to welcome the international students, particularly with social events! TBD, but please look out for future emails & spread the word!
-       Send Danny Park an email by the Friday before the event; however RSVP is flexible
-       Specific events that OTSC should recruit for and help plan:

Advocacy & Government
Panel Event on February 10th at 12pm (location TBD)! Discussion with OTAC/AOTA representatives about their roles, why it is important to stay involved with your state/national associations, and how you can get involved! Come join USC alum as they talk about their experiences being involved with OTAC and AOTA!
Notes:
-       Exciting news: Janis Yue (Student Representative for the Commission on Education) and Dr. Katie Jordan are running for positions
-       Voting begins Jan 13th-31st
-       Planning for voting stickers, raffles, etc.
-       Anyone who is a member can vote: GET THE WORD OUT! GOAL IS TO GET EVERY STUDENT
-       Calendar issue: electronic calendar
-       Met with Kim Kho: not an immediate solution, maybe possible in several months
-       Other possibilities:
-       Continue taking screenshots from Dr. Rafeedie’s master calendar
-       Print and post in mailroom
-       Giant paper calendar in the hallway
-       Look at the glass panel in the mailroom as a possible option
-       Most universal place and feasible option
-       Facebook?
-       Difficult because some people don’t use it
-       There is an electronic calendar on our website, however no one looks at it
-       Can merge google calendars: put this into newsletter email

-       Nuances and side discussions during meetings will be posted below the agenda under the notes section

-       Idea for social media take over for social engagement for international students and BS-MA students
-       To share events, updates, etc.
-       Via instastory: send on their own devices and send to social media coordinator to post onto the division’s account

-       Moving forward we will adjust the system and have presidents themselves post events on the calendar
